Its pretty heavy-thick dark green velvet. The back laces up, and do the sleeves. It was made by a seamstress, so no tags. The gems are attached. Its really gorgeous-I just havent used it in forever and feel it should be worn and appreciated rather than sitting in storage. Its nice and long, so you can wear heels if you like.
